Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products and services provided by Liquid Lens Pro LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including headlight restoration and related professional services offered through www.liquidlenspro.com and www.liquidlenspro.shop, in person, or under any contract or partnership agreement. By scheduling or purchasing any service, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “You”) agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

 

 

1. General Policy — All Sales Are Final

 

All payments made to Liquid Lens Pro LLC are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our work — including specialized materials, time investment, and service scheduling — all sales are final once payment is submitted. This applies to:

 

  • Headlight restoration and automotive enhancement services

  • Any additional service or product provided under an approved agreement

 

No partial or full refunds will be issued once a transaction has been processed unless required by law.

 

 

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Clients may reschedule a booked appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment or deposit at the company’s discretion.

 

  • If an appointment is missed without notice (“no-show”), payment is forfeited.

  • In cases of verified emergencies, Liquid Lens Pro may, at its sole discretion, allow a one-time reschedule as a courtesy.

  • Repeated cancellations or reschedules may result in additional service fees or denial of future booking privileges.

 

We do not guarantee rescheduling availability within the same week due to our booking demands.

 

 

3. Service Quality and Satisfaction

 

Liquid Lens Pro LLC is committed to maintaining high professional standards for every project. Our technicians use industry-approved tools, methods, and products to ensure lasting results.

 

If a client believes a service was performed below standard, a quality review may be requested within 48 hours of service completion. Upon inspection:

 

  • If a verifiable workmanship issue is found, a correction service may be provided at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not issued under any circumstance, but reasonable corrective action may be taken to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Services are considered accepted once work has been reviewed and approved by the client, or upon delivery of final materials.

 

 

4. Deposits and Prepayments

 

All deposits and prepayments are non-refundable and secure the client’s appointment or project timeline. Deposits are applied to the final service balance unless forfeited due to cancellation or breach of agreement.

 

  • Deposits not applied to a completed service within 30 days may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • In the event Liquid Lens Pro LLC cancels a service for any reason not caused by the client, the deposit may be credited toward a future appointment.

 

 

5. Digital Deliverables and Media Content

 

Once digital content (including photos, videos, and edited materials) has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it is considered accepted and non-refundable.

 

  • Adjustments or revisions to media may be available for an additional editing fee.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing proofs, drafts, or previews prior to final delivery.

  • Any claims regarding missing or defective files must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

 

 

6. Damage, Warranty, and Liability

 

Liquid Lens Pro LLC guarantees its headlight restoration services with a limited one-year clarity warranty, covering restoration fading or oxidation under normal use.

 

  • This warranty does not cover damage due to external factors such as impact, chemical exposure, or aftermarket modification.

  • If damage or premature degradation occurs within the warranty period, an inspection may be performed, and service reapplication may be provided at no cost if deemed eligible.

 

Beyond warranty obligations, Liquid Lens Pro LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages related to the use or performance of services provided.

 

 

7. Refund Exceptions

 

Refunds will only be issued when required by federal or state law or in circumstances where payment was processed in error (e.g., duplicate transaction). Any approved refund will be returned using the original payment method within 10 business days.

 

 

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

 

Clients agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Liquid Lens Pro LLC to resolve the issue. Any disputed charge determined to be valid under this policy will incur administrative and recovery fees.

 

 

9. Third-Party Purchases

 

Payments made through third-party vendors (such as Square, PayPal, or invoicing platforms) are subject to this policy and the respective third-party’s transaction terms. Any processing or service fees charged by these platforms are non-refundable.

 

 

10. Policy Acknowledgment

 

By purchasing a service, signing a contract, or submitting payment through any Liquid Lens Pro LLC platform, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
