Liquid Lens Pro – Terms & Conditions Agreement

1. Services Provided
Liquid Lens Pro provides professional headlight restoration services which may include:

Standard headlight restoration

Premium UV/ceramic coating upgrades

Sealed lens renewal

Mobile on-location services
-
Fleet and business packages
2. Pricing & Payment
-
Pricing is published on our website and promotional materials but may be subject to change.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or approved digital payment apps.
3. Service Guarantee
-
All services include a satisfaction guarantee and standard UV protection.

Longevity of restoration may vary based on driving conditions, weather exposure, and vehicle care.

We guarantee restored clarity for the period stated at time of service (typically 6–12 months with UV sealant).
4. Limitations of Liability
-
Liquid Lens Pro is not liable for pre-existing damage to headlights, surrounding paint, or vehicle bodywork.

Results may vary depending on the condition of the lens. Severe damage, cracking, or deep oxidation may not achieve “like-new” clarity.

Client acknowledges that headlight restoration is a cosmetic and safety-enhancing service, not a replacement for defective headlights.
5. Client Responsibilities
-
Client must disclose any prior headlight repairs, aftermarket coatings, or replacements before service begins.

For mobile services, client must provide a safe, accessible work area with adequate space and lighting.

Clients who allow minors/students (in training programs) to practice on their vehicles do so at their own risk.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

Liquid Lens Pro reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or emergencies.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
-
Except as expressly stated, no other warranties (express or implied) are offered.

We disclaim liability for indirect damages, such as accidents or costs resulting from failure to maintain headlights after restoration.
8. Intellectual Property

All brand materials, logos, and marketing designs created for or by Liquid Lens Pro are the property of the business and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling and/or receiving services from Liquid Lens Pro, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Service Media Recording Clause
Service Media Recording Clause
1. Media Documentation:
Liquid Lens Pro LLC reserves the right to photograph, record, and/or otherwise document any service performed, including but not limited to pre-service, in-progress, and post-service stages. Such documentation may occur with or without the client’s express consent.
2. Purpose of Documentation:
The collection of photographic and video materials is conducted solely for the purpose of ensuring service quality assurance, proof of performance, recordkeeping, training, marketing, and the protection of both Liquid Lens Pro LLC and the client.
3. Use and Ownership:
All media captured during services shall remain the exclusive property of Liquid Lens Pro LLC. The company retains the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such media for internal or promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by the client prior to the service.
4. Privacy Considerations:
No personally identifiable client information will be disclosed without explicit written consent. Any public use of identifiable client content will adhere to applicable privacy and publicity laws.
Social Share Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms under which Liquid Lens Pro LLC will provide a complimentary headlight restoration service in exchange for agreed social media promotion.Terms of Agreement1.
Service Provided: Liquid Lens Pro LLC will perform a professional headlight restoration on one vehicle, free of charge.
2. Social Media Requirement: Client agrees to:
• Post at least one (1) photo or video of the restoration results on their public social media account(s).
• Tag @LiquidLensPro and mention the business name in the caption.
• Keep the post visible for a minimum of 30 days.
3. Content Use: The Company reserves the right to share, repost, and use any related photos, videos, or testimonials from the Client’s post for marketing purposes.
4. Liability & Representation: The Client understands this service is provided as-is and releases Liquid Lens Pro LLC from any liability for indirect or incidental issues. Liquid Lens Pro LLC is fully insured and bonded.
5. Agreement Duration: This agreement is valid for 30 days from the date signed below.
Free Service Contest
Official Rules – Weekly Free Headlight Restoration Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Liquid Lens Pro (“Sponsor”). The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of Liquid Lens Pro, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, participants must:
1. Complete the official entry form provided by Liquid Lens Pro (online or in person).
2. Follow Liquid Lens Pro on Facebook (@LiquidLensPro).
3. MUST live in the Greenville SC area.
Entries that are incomplete or do not meet all requirements will be disqualified.
Only one entry per person per week is permitted.
4. Contest Period
Each weekly contest begins on Monday at 12:00 AM (EST) and ends on Friday at 11:59 PM (EST).
Winners will be announced live on Facebook every Saturday during the scheduled broadcast.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Free Headlight Restoration Service from Liquid Lens Pro.

Approximate retail value: $99.

Service must be redeemed within 30 days of being selected.

Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted or exchanged.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The drawing will take place live on Facebook via the official Liquid Lens Pro page.

The winner will be announced during the broadcast and contacted via Facebook Messenger or email.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.
7. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Liquid Lens Pro permission to use their name, likeness, and entry information in promotional materials, social media posts, and other marketing efforts without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Liquid Lens Pro, Facebook, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize.
9. General Conditions
Liquid Lens Pro reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the Contest.
All decisions by Liquid Lens Pro are final and binding.

Booking Policy
Booking Policy

At Liquid Lens Pro LLC, our goal is to provide prompt, reliable, and high-quality service. To ensure fairness for all clients and to protect our technicians’ time, the following booking policies apply to all appointments.
1. Appointment Scheduling
Clients may schedule appointments through:

Our website’s booking system

Phone or text
-
Approved third-party scheduling platforms
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation notice and, when applicable, appointment reminders.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. To keep our scheduling efficient, we allow appointment adjustments under the following terms:
2.1 Cancellation Window
Clients may cancel their appointment up to 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time with no fee.
2.2 Rescheduling Window
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 3 before appointment. Same day subject to availability.
2.3 Method of Canceling/Rescheduling
Changes must be made via:

Messages left outside business hours are time-stamped by receipt.
3. Late Cancellations
A Late Cancellation Fee applies if a client cancels an appointment less than 3 hours before the appointment time.

Late Cancellation Fee: $25 or 25% of the booked service total (whichever is greater).

This fee compensates for time blocked that cannot be filled on short notice.
4. No-Show / No-Access Policy
A “No-Show” or “No-Access” occurs when:

The client does not arrive or is unavailable at the service location within 10 minutes of the technician’s arrival.

The technician cannot access the vehicle due to locked vehicles, gated areas, restricted entry, or unsafe conditions.
4.1 Fees
-
No-Show Fee: 50% of the booked service total
-
No-Access Fee: $25 minimum, or 50% of service if total access is denied
These fees cover travel, time, and operational costs.
5. Technician Arrival Window
For mobile appointments, technicians may arrive within a 30 minute window due to traffic, weather, and prior job conditions. Clients will be notified of any delays.
If the technician is more than 30 minutes delayed and you choose not to wait, the appointment may be rescheduled without penalty.
6. Weather & Safety Conditions
Liquid Lens Pro LLC reserves the right to delay, modify, or reschedule an appointment due to unsafe weather or hazardous conditions. These situations do not incur client fees.
7. Service Readiness Requirements
To ensure proper service:

The vehicle must be accessible and unlocked (or the client present).

The area must be safe, legally permissible, and suitable for service.
-
Personal items should be cleared from areas requiring cleaning or restoration.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in a No-Access Fee.
8. Payment
All service payments and applicable fees are due at the time of service or as invoiced.
Unpaid no-show or late-cancel fees must be settled before future appointments can be scheduled.
9. Right to Refuse Future Service
Repeated violations of this policy may result in refusal of future booking requests.
