Cancellation Policy
• Appointment Scheduling: Clients can schedule appointments through the website, phone, text, or approved third-party platforms. • Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients can cancel or reschedule up to 3 hours before the appointment for free. • Late Cancellation Fee: A fee of $25 or 25% of the booked service total (whichever is greater) applies for cancellations less than 3 hours before the appointment. • No-Show/No-Access Policy: Clients are charged a fee if they are not available within 10 minutes of the technician’s arrival or if the technician cannot access the vehicle. • Technician Arrival Window: Technicians may arrive within a 15-30 minute window, and clients will be notified of any delays. • Service Readiness Requirements: Clients must ensure the vehicle is accessible, the area is safe and suitable for service, and personal items are cleared from service areas.
